大自然在说话系列纪录片，相信众魔友都不陌生了，它是由国际性非盈利环保机构——保护国际基金会发起。

保护国际基金会（Conservation International）成立于1987年，是一个国际性非赢利环保组织，积极倡导人类社会的可持续性发展，在全世界30多个国家开展环境保护和可持续发展的工作。

"One of the things I love about the message of 'Nature Is Speaking' is this idea that people need nature," Pace says. "Mountains — they will be there after we're gone, and they’ve been there before we evolved into what we are now.

珠穆朗玛峰可能会消失

Glaciers in the Qomolangma region could be almost completely eradicated by 2100 due to greenhouse gas emissions, scientists have warned.
科学家警告称，受温室气体排放的影响，珠穆朗玛峰地区的冰川可能在2100年之前几乎全部融化。

Models show that a decrease of 99% by the end of the century is likely if emissions continue to rise, and even 70% is possible if emissions are reduced.
模型显示，如果温室气体排放量继续增加，到本世纪末，珠峰冰川面积可能减少99%；而如果排放量减少，这一数字甚至可能降到70%。

Increased temperatures will not only increase the rates of snow and ice melt, but can also result in a change of precipitation from snow to rain at critical elevations, where glaciers are concentrated.
气温升高不仅会加快冰雪融化、还可能造成在冰川较为集中的关键高度上的降雪转化为降雨。
